Momos are always a favioute snake for my kid. It can be prepared in many ways as we wanted or prefer to eat. For kids we can prepare with different ingredients like chocolate, sugar and vegetables. Your kids may like the recipes as it’s healthy and tasty for daily breakfast or snack.

Chocolate Momos

This time let’s prepare our momos with chocolate and choco lava. Childerns may like and must try for all the chocolate lovers with a sweet savoury flavor the chocolate momos will make you surprise. It’s an easy recipe where you have to add grated chocolate in the filling and steam it. The once it’s steamed add melted chocolate to have a delightful hot momos.

Momos are prepared with flour and salt in a large bowl gradually add water to make soft dough. Now, divide dough into small, equal sized balls. Roll them into small dics and stuff the each disc with chopped chocolate and close the edges of the each disc and seal it. Then, steam the momos for 5-8 minutes. Serve the chocolate momos warm.

Sweet Momos

Sweet momos which is prepared with coconut, sugar and cardamom powder and saute till mixed well. Now, take flour and ghee with required quantity of water for smooth dough. Make the sugar syrup by heating water and sugar in a pan till sugar melts and dissolved and gets desired consistency. keep aside, divide the dough into equal portions and roll them as disc. Fill the roll with the stuffing and seal the roll from all sides. Steam for 10mins and then dip the momos in the sugar syrup for 2-3 hrs and serve it.

Wheat Momos

Wheat momos are quite a healthy and delicious momos. We are going to add garlic and ginger, onions, veggies and sauté well to cook. We can add panner as per taste and cook for few more seconds. Add salt and black pepper powder accordingly. Let the filling cool down now you fill the prepared stuff in a small rolls which is like thin chapathi. Use a momo mould to prepare momos. Now steam them all for 20 minutes in a steamer. And serve it with your favorite dip.
